I see health as a continuum of wellbeing. When one lives free of pain or medical symptoms one is only half way to the ultimate state of health.
The ultimate state in my mind is wholeness: balance in mind, body, emotion and spirit.
It requires attention to oneself to reach and maintain this level of balance. Bodywork therapies give people the opportunity to attain a sense of wholeness and to live comfortably within their skins.
What I offer
As a health care provider my strengths lie in Zen Shiatsu and cranio-sacral therapy. I offer these to clients of all ages and to women during and after pregnancy. I find this work extremely satisfying, and really enjoy working with clients who want to take responsibility for their own health. My reward is your good health.

Testimonial:
I love Shiatsu with Alison because of the movement she does with my body while using acupressure to stimulate my chi. I always feel more relaxed after a session but most importantly shiastu helps me therapeutically with old aches and pains, low energy, digestion and whatever else I may be having a problem with. I highly recommend shiatsu treatments!
